Her career spans large-scale event catering, fine dining, hospitality, and the creation of bespoke menus for exclusive clients.
As the founder and creative force behind Condiments & Co, Carmit brings her passion for elevating food experiences into every jar. Her artisan condiments are crafted with the finest Australian-grown fruits and vegetables, supporting local farmers and Indigenous communities.
